Repair time depends on the type and complexity of the issue. The common repairs take around 15–20 minutes, and most repairs are completed within a maximum of 1 hour. In rare cases, repairs may take a few days to up to a week. We always inform the customer about the estimated time before starting the repair.

Yes, we do offer a warranty on repairs done at our venue. The warranty period depends on the type of part replaced and typically ranges from 3 months to 1 year. The exact warranty details are always shared with the customer at the time of repair.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in without booking?
No appointment is needed to visit the Fone Master’s store. Customers can walk in during our working hours, which are 9 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 6 PM on weekends, for any repair or consultation. Our team will be happy to assist you as soon as you arrive.

Before sending your phone for repair, please back up all your important data. Remove your SIM card and any memory card from the device. Log out of important accounts and disable screen locks if possible for smooth testing. These steps help ensure a faster, safer, and hassle-free repair process.
